Return policy
Our goal is to ensure your utmost satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may exercise your right to return part or all of the products you have purchased within 14 (14) days of the date of receipt. If the desired product is not available, the resulting amount of the resulting difference will be retained in your account to use for another market. Only returning products that are in perfect condition will be accepted. Please note that shipment of the unwanted product is made by EKONT Courier at our company's charge. New product shipment is via EKONT Courier at customer charge. Product Returns can be made ONLY with cash-sales and upon showing proof of sale (cash receipt). Sales that are paid by credit card or debit card will not have cash-refund. In case of card-sale there is the possibility to change the product with a product of equal value or higher or given a credit.

Defective product
In case you receive a defective or damaged product, our bookstore will make every effort to replace it with a similar or similar product without any extra cost to you. But you should inform us by e-mail at hipocrates@hipocrates.eu
